Frog Sales Policy
These are live animals, so please be prepared before purchasing. Have your enclosure set up and fruit fly cultures ready to go. If you need extra time to prepare, I am happy to hold your frogs after purchase until you are ready.
All frogs are captive-bred by Atonii and are sold healthy, and of proper size to make a seamless transition into their new home.
Frogs are covered by a live arrival guarantee.
While I have never had a frog pass away during shipping, under the rare circumstance that a frog does not survive shipping, you will receive a full refund.
Plant Sales Policy
Plants are sold as growth tip cuttings with the Atonii Guarantee that they will arrive healthy. Plants are sensitive and conditions after arrival are outside of my control, so I do not offer refunds once the plants are in your care. However, if your plant/plants arrive(s) damaged or in poor condition you will be fully refunded.
